New Zealand:
Shipping costs at checkout do not include customs duties or taxes, which may be applied by New Zealand Customs. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. Orders over NZ$1,000 may incur additional taxes and duties. For more information, contact your local New Zealand Customs Office.

Other international destinations:
Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout and either included in the product price or shown as a separate line item. We ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties are paid upfront — there will be no hidden fees when your order arrives.
