All returns are processed within 3–5 business days of being received at our Australian warehouse. If your tracking shows “delivered” and it has been longer than 5 business days, please contact our Customer Care team.

Refunds should appear on your bank statement within 5 working days, though processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
