Who is eligible?
Customers within a 50km radius of our Rosebery, Sydney head office.

Cut-off time:
Orders must be placed by 10:30am for delivery by 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders after 10:30am will be delivered the next business day.

Delivery fees:
Calculated at checkout based on your address.

Important:

• Not available to PO boxes or parcel lockers.

• You must be present to receive the parcel.

• Delivered by Rendr.

Tracking & redelivery:

• You’ll receive an email and text updates.

• If you’re unavailable, the parcel returns to Shona Joy, and fees for return/redelivery are at the customer’s expense.
