If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location. Please check around your property and with neighbours or building management.
We also recommend confirming your shipping address in your order confirmation email. If you’re still unable to locate the parcel, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking details for proof of delivery.
