Once your return is approved by our Returns Team, you’ll receive an email with your store credit note.

• Fully paid with store credit? You’ll receive a new store credit note.
  
  
• Partially paid orders? The refund goes back to the original store credit.
  
  

Store credit notes are valid for 12 months from the issue date.
