Yes, refunds are available for full-priced items within 14 days of purchase, unless stated otherwise in promotion T&Cs. Items purchased with a welcome code are also eligible for a full refund or store credit.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Shipping costs, customs taxes, and duties are not refundable.
