Do I have to sign when my order is delivered?Updated 2 months ago

Australia:
 All orders (Express or Standard) are shipped via Australia Post. If no one is available to sign for your parcel and there’s no safe place to leave it, a card will be left with instructions to collect your parcel from the nearest Post Office. You can also update delivery preferences via the Australia Post App.

International Standard:
 Orders are marked Authority to Leave (ATL) and will be left in a safe place without a signature. The delivery scan serves as proof of delivery (POD). For signed delivery and redelivery options, we recommend choosing Express Shipping.

International Express:
 Shipped via DHL Express, a premium service for fast, secure, and reliable delivery. If no one is available to sign, DHL will attempt a second delivery. You can also use DHL’s On Demand Delivery service to reschedule, redirect, or choose other flexible options.
