Full-priced items purchased with a promotional discount or voucher are non-refundable. They are eligible only for:

• Free instant exchange (Australia only)
• Store credit for the purchase price (valid for 12 months)

This applies to all manually or automatically applied codes.

Note: If a discount code is applied to a final sale item, the final sale policy applies.
