Does Shona Joy Offer Exchanges?
Australian customers can request an instant exchange for online purchases.For all other regions, we recommend returning your original order for a refund or store credit and placing a new order for your preferred size or style.
What is an Instant Exchange?
An instant exchange lets you swap your item for a different size or style without waiting for your return to arrive.
Is Instant Exchange Available Outside Australia?
Instant Exchange is currently available for Australian and US customers only. International customers can use our standard returns process to exchange or refund items.
What Happens If My Item Was Purchased Using a Discount?
If you exchange the same item in a different size, the original discounted price will be honoured. Only shipping costs, if applicable, will apply.
What If My Exchange Item Costs More or Less?
Higher value: You’ll be prompted to pay the difference using a credit or debit card.Lower value: The remaining balance will be refunded instantly.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Exchange?
Instant Exchange orders are shipped within our usual dispatch timeframes using standard shipping. Tracking will be emailed once your new order has been dispatched. Express shipping is not available for exchange orders.
Can I exchange for a different style or colour?
Yes! To exchange for a different style or colour, lodge your return via the Refundid portal and select Instant Exchange. Choose “Different Item” as the exchange option and follow the prompts to apply your exchange credit. A new order will be created
